Accessibility Statement

Scope

This statement applies to makarimtrader.com. It covers the static corporate pages, blog index, and articles maintained by MAKARIM TRADER LTD. Third-party websites reached through external links have their own accessibility arrangements.

Accessibility standard

Our current target is alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable for this static corporate website.

Measures taken

The current website includes:

• Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, articles, navigation, and publication dates.
• A skip link and keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu.
• Visible keyboard focus states and reduced-motion support.
• Responsive layouts that support mobile screens and browser zoom.
• Meaningful alternative text and stable dimensions for content images.
• Text content rather than images of text, except where text forms part of supplied visual material.
• Colour and interaction rules intended to preserve readable contrast and avoid relying on colour alone.

Compatibility

The website is designed for current standards-compliant browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers or unusual browser and assistive-technology combinations may not provide the same experience.

Known limitations

A formal independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed. Generated illustrations have been given meaningful alternative text, but their descriptions may be refined during the planned image review. PDF documents, embedded services, forms, or other third-party tools added in future will require separate testing before release.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 13 July 2026 following an internal review of page structure, keyboard navigation, focus treatment, responsive behaviour, image alternatives, and automated static-site checks. It will be reviewed when material features or content are added and after any formal accessibility audit.
